Montclair is one of Chapel Hill’s newer neighborhoods built by David Weekley Homes. The homes are inspired by traditional Cape-Cod and colonial styles and offer two-car garages, open or transitional floorplans, and charming outdoor areas. The homes are two stories and include two or more bedrooms, at least two full bathrooms, and tall ceilings plus hardwood floors throughout.
The neighborhood sits on the eastern border of Chapel Hill, though it is only ten minutes from the center of the downtown area and UNC-Chapel Hill. The Mason Farm Biological Reserve, as well as the UNC Finley Golf Club, is also less than ten minutes away. Research Triangle Park is roughly a fifteen-minute drive in the opposite direction.
